An "Off Limits" bunker is just beyond the rail. While it is also abandoned, the path to it slopes sharply down on both sides, and an unexpected gust of wind could really ruin your day.

Above the rim on the left is a view of Ma~noa valley (as in "Ma~noa in the Rain", or "Drizzle" as some would say better describes it), home of the main campus of the University of Hawai`i. On the right is Palolo valley.

Turning a bit more to the left we see...
